  1. Not convinced, I’m afraid. Season 1 had its problems but there was a genuine sense of forward momentum, and a plot arc with very high stakes. Season 2 was more action-packed and slightly sillier, but at least it was exciting. I’m not entirely sure what the point of season 3 is yet.

    • It’s certainly not up to the standards of season 1, but for me the last two episodes have definitely felt like steps in the right direction. Javadi is still playing cards – he’s clearly affected both Fara and Carrie, and even Saul doesn’t really know how much control he has over him – and Carrie’s got a genuine line of investigation to follow now. Plus, what the heck is Dar Adal up to and who is the mole? I’m hopeful the momentum’s picking up now. We’ll see.
