1. Only Will.i.am and Rita Ora still have steals to use. Will uses his on an act he didn’t turn for in the blind auditions.

2. Both remaining steals are used on singers from the same coach’s team.

3. One contestant reveals they left home at the age of 12.

4. Another arrives for their battle having only just got married in Grenada.

5. Tina Turner impersonator Andrew Marc shows off his impressions of two other legendary singers. (Neither of them are particularly good.)

6. DTwinz go into battle against The Mac Bros. This is the first time in the show’s history that two duos have competed against each other.

7. Three of this week’s singers – Sheena McHugh, Hollie Barrie and Esmee Denters – earned the grand slam of having all four coaches turn for them in their blind auditions. All three are from Team Will and Sheena and Hollie are paired off against each other.

8. This week’s song selections include four UK number one singles, including two from 1981.

9. One of Tom Jones‘s song selections is Tracks of My Tears by Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, a song performed live by the group on an episode of his TV show This Is Tom Jones in 1970. It’s the only track this week that originates from before the 1980s.

10. Will gets two unlikely Barrys mixed up. (Neither of them is Barry Island.)
